The video released yesterday of the fight between 3 men at Paceville has taken a shocking turn as inside a courtroom today, details of the attack were given infront of a judge.
The alleged 24 year old Somali, who is accused of attacking the helpless man yet to be identified, was walking in a group of 5 men. Details given in court by the attacked man describe how he had just taken out €100 from an ATM and was on his way to buy a pizza. He was then approached and asked for a lighter from one of the group and had his belongings stolen. As he attempted to regain his stolen items, he was attacked again, knocked out unconscious. The man described how he does not recall who had hit him, later waking up in hospital.
